Unfortunately, it’s a model where many motivated distributors struggle, as most people don’t like selling to friends and family, and most family members don’t like being sold by other family members. Efusjon is a Multi Level Marketing company that started in January of 2009 marketing ‘healthy’ energy drinks.  Rather than taking any of the traditional approaches to MLM, they modeled their growth after a wine club and created a unique compensation plan called ‘The Community Overlap Matrix’.  Essentially, the community overlap allows you to be paid on the efforts of people who aren’t involved in your organization at all.

I first heard of Efusjon from a friend of mine who was excited out of her mind about a business that ‘it’s not MLM, it’s something better’.  (Which, of course, was B.S. – Efusjon is absolutely a MLM company)

She told me ‘all you have to do is get three people, that’s it, and you’re rich’.

I wanted to discuss the 3 most compelling benefits to the Efusjon opportunity.  I’m going to cover these first, from the perspective of someone who’s not involved.  They are:

Couldn’t it be a short lived fad.It will eventually be true that Efusjon will have to venture outside of Energy Drinks if it is going to continue to thrive.However, I know that I don’t know the future, do you?However, even if the demand for Energy Drinks suffers a steep decline – maybe you could make some quick money.

My last thought for you today is that if you do get involved (or are already involved) in Efusjon – learn to market your business in a way that attracts people to you, rather than repels them away.By learning some simple marketing strategies, you’ll never have to try and recruit a family member again – you’ll attract thousands of people into your business like bees are attracted to honey.

If you choose to do business as a multi-level or network marketer, one main thing you want to look at is the company’s compensation plan. Such as the Efusjon Compensation Plan. Why? Because you’re in it to build a long term business and make money. Yes, it’s nice to have a great product, but we all want to be paid for our efforts!

Many Types of Compensation Plans can be found

The phrase of death for any marketer is the phrase “It’s A Pyramid.” Also known as a Unilevel Matrix, it allows unlimited width and limited depth. For example, a person signs up 10 people, and they intern sign up 10 people and so on. Typically unilevel plans pay down five or more levels. It would be possible to have 100 people on your second level, 1,000 on your third level, 10,000 on the fourth and 100,000 on the fifth. So how much are you getting paid? It depends on the commissions assigned to each of the different levels. You typically will not make any more money than the person who sits in the matrix above you.

Now how about the Forced Matrix. It is very much like the pyramid, although limited. Usually these plans are 3 people wide and 9 people down. For instance, you start with 3, then 9, then gradually build to 29,523.

Binary Plans allow you two legs in a forced matrix structure. With this design you could earn commissions on the entire volume of your weaker leg.

The burning question is how is Efusjon’s Compensation Plan Different?

Efusjon’s compensation plan is similar to a forced matrix, with a 3×15 level set-up. It is however called the “Power of 3″. Bring three people into your business, they bring three and so on.
